Product Returns Policy

All product returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt and in new unused condition.  To request a product return, please email info@westcoastrodholders.com and your request will be answered within 2 working days.  Upon approval for a return you will be given a return authorization number and further instructions for processing.

Items to have when requesting a return

• Order number
• Products requested for return
• Brief reason for return request
• Photos of product may be requested prior to authorization

Credit Process

• You will be responsible to ship the product prepaid to our distribution center in Northern California
• Your return will be processed within 2 working days or receipt
• Providing your product is received in new condition and any other conditions sent via email with you RMA, credit to your original form of payment will be issued within 1 working day
• Shipping cost will not be refunded
• All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee applied at time of credit
